Slope Stabilization

Rebuilding Stability, One Slope at a Time.

Rock Supremacy redefines terrain security through innovative Slope Stabilization techniques.

Rock Supremacy is your one-stop shop for all your stabilization needs. We specialize in building a variety of retaining walls, from simple concrete walls to more complex anchored soldier pile walls.

Since our inception, we’ve built over 500,000 square feet of soil nail and ground anchor walls. Our soil nail walls use either all-thread bar or hollow core soil nails, and we’ve installed over a quarter million linear feet of soil nails, ranging from 3” to 6” in diameter, with depths up to 60 feet.

For our ground anchor walls, we use larger diameter bars and holes, drilled with either a rotary drill or casing driver system. For anchors larger than 6” in diameter, we drill casing to depth, inspecting the ground anchor, removing the casing, grouting, and repeating the process.

We apply gun-finished, stained, or sculpted shotcrete to both soil nail and ground anchor walls, with thicknesses ranging from 3” to over 12”. Our proprietary shotcrete mix can withstand more than 7,500 PSI and can be enhanced with synthetic or steel fibers for added strength.

We also offer custom designed retaining walls and have the ability to auger/drill 48” vertical holes to install H-piles or heavy wall pipes. Additionally, we can drive 12” diameter pipe using our large, European-manufactured rigs. Whatever your project requires, Rock Supremacy has the expertise and equipment to get the job done.

History

Our Experience

Rock Supremacy has mastered the construction of soldier pile and soldier nail walls, delivering reliable results for the most demanding projects. We have successfully installed large HP and wide flange soldier piles reaching depths of nearly 100 feet. Our anchored soldier pile walls are often reinforced with high-capacity tie-backs capable of handling up to 250,000 pounds of tension.

Even in areas with limited access where traditional equipment struggles, Rock Supremacy has proven its adaptability and expertise in the most challenging environments by leveraging an innovative approach and the use of our proprietary equipment to push the boundaries of construction excellence that has set us apart in the industry. With the expansion of our East Coast Division, we have embraced new soil nail wall projects and opportunities. Our extensive experience includes constructing over 10 miles of soil nail walls, many towering 20 feet or higher, with some exceeding 35 feet in height. On one project alone, our team drilled more than 2,000 linear feet of soil nails in a single day.

We offer custom sculpting and staining to seamlessly blend soil nail walls with the surrounding environment, ensuring both stability and aesthetic appeal. If you’re facing a slope stabilization challenge, Rock Supremacy is your trusted partner to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Rock Bolts

Long steel rods anchored into rock to stabilize slopes, tunnels, or rock faces by reinforcing and holding the rock mass together.

Micro-Pile Foundations

Small-diameter, deep foundations made of steel and grout, designed to transfer loads to stable soil or rock layers in challenging ground conditions

Abstract design featuring a stylized row of vertical rods resembling sword hilts, with geometric shapes and dot patterns at the base, set against a light background, subtly evoking themes of civil construction through its structural elegance.

Anchored Soldier Pile Walls

Retaining structures made of vertical steel or concrete piles reinforced with tieback anchors to provide stability in deep excavations or slope retention

Soil Nail Walls

Retaining structures reinforced with steel bars (soil nails) driven into the soil and secured with a facing, providing stability for slopes and excavations.

Shotcrete

A method of applying concrete or mortar through a high-pressure hose onto surfaces, used for structural reinforcement and shaping in construction and slope stabilization.

Retaining Wall

A structure designed to hold back soil or rock, preventing erosion and providing support for vertical or near-vertical changes in terrain.
