The Challenge
The GRAD tunnel project was an over 3000 ft long tunnel rehabilitation project. The tunnel had collapsed and we are working to re-open the tunnel and re-structuring.Â
The Solution
This project involved widening the tunnel and making it taller. This design/build project involved completely re-shaping and re-structuring the entire tunnel for both stabilization and to add extra clearance as well as adding a concrete tunnel floor and setting up drainage collection for internal water sources.
